Overview

This intensive course is a fly through of the delivery stages of residential development, taking
participants from procuring a construction partner to doing the handover of completed homes
for rent or sale.

Participants will learn how to approach construction procurement, to manage the construction
phase including issues of timing and quality, take handover, plan for aftercare and deal with
defects.
