Project Feasibility

This one-day course will explore the principles behind successfully planning a programme of further investigation based on initial site analysis.

Participants will learn how to set up a project management framework for site investigation and explore the different types of specialist resources available, including the use of consultants. Using case studies to identify potential challenges, you will think through due diligence processes, how to structure a risk map, and appreciate the impact risks have on your project.

By the end of the course, participants will have the tools to enable them to draw up a development brief for a residential development site.
